Fair x The Norwegian Football Foundation

The Norwegian Football Foundation works to create inclusive football environments for people with substance-related challenges, offering routines, purposeful activity, and a sense of achievement. Fair Group’s support as general partner aims to strengthen this mission and broaden the reach of the foundation’s work.

 

Fair Group’s leadership emphasizes the importance of aligning the company’s commitment to fair, sustainable credit and billing practices with social responsibility. By partnering with the Foundation, Fair seeks to combine professional expertise with human-centered engagement to create positive change both on and off the field.

 

The Foundation's representatives highlight the value of Fair Group’s experience in financial and credit management, seeing it as a valuable resource for leaders within the street football teams. The collaboration is seen as a milestone that enhances the foundation’s ability to use football as a tool for inclusion, community building, and societal benefit.

Fair x Amnesty International

Fair Group and Amnesty International Norway have joined forces in a strategic partnership grounded in shared values and a commitment to human rights, inclusion, and equality for all. The collaboration originally began in 2025, with Fair becoming an official Rainbow Ambassador for Amnesty – a role that underscores our active support for LGBTQ+ rights and broader human rights causes. 

 

At the heart of the partnership is a mutual goal to promote diversity, acceptance, and safety both within Fair Group as an employer and in society at large. By working together, we aim to strengthen internal understanding and competence on inclusion, support visibility through participation in Pride and other awareness initiatives, and contribute to Amnesty’s campaigns that champion equal rights and protections for people regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
